When a commission is finished you will receive a photograph by email of your completed painting. If you are dissatisfied I will make reasonable efforts to alter the painting to your satisfaction. In the event I cannot make requested changes you are under no obligation to pay the remaining balance. Refunds will not be offered for the first payment, however you will have the option to commission a replacement painting at a 25% total discount applied to the first payment. E.g. If you commissioned a $180 dollar painting and paid $90 up front you would have the option to commission a replacement painting for $135 with only $45 up front.
In the event a commission arrives damaged you will have the option to exchange the damaged painting or return the painting for store credit or refund.
If I cannot accept or complete your commission request. You will be offered a full refund.
Exchanges or store credit will be issued within 30 days of delivery if you are dissatisfied with a painting for any reason.
Paintings damaged in shipping can be returned for refund or exchanged for store credit.
Natalie Gates Art accepts returns on prints damaged in shipping.
Gift cards purchases will not be refunded.
To initiate a refund or exchange:
Please email email@example.com and include the following information:
- Your name
- The title of the piece
- The date of purchase
- The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt if applicable)
- The reason for requesting a return
- If the art arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage.
You must retain possession of any goods and insure that such goods are kept in the same condition as they were when they were delivered, until such time that they are delivered back to us by you.
Your store credit or exchange will be processed when the return has been received. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns.
